It’s actually a really funny story! So we went to high school together and I babysat his little brother my senior year, but Nick and I never met because we were a year apart. He went to college in SLO, I went to Westmont in Santa Barbara. Eventually, we both moved back home to Orange County, and he started teaching high school marine bio and I started subbing for elementary school and one day we both matched on a dating app (of all places!) We went on one date (9/24/2021) that basically ended up with us talking for hours and we haven’t stopped talking since! We fell in love quickly (we both knew on our 3rd date!) and felt like two missing puzzle pieces fitting together perfectly. Everything just aligned and it felt like it was always supposed to be this. Like, this is the stuff from movies! We’re best friends first and foremost, and love having a relaxed good time. We love playing board games, watching movies, and cooking/baking together. We spend a lot of time on the weekends with our families, friends, and hanging out with our cat Milan.
