Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception will be held at the same location, the Douglas Entrance.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and the cocktail hour will be outdoors on the terrace in front of the fountain. The reception will be inside the historic ballroom.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

A one hour and a half intermission will be held before cocktail hour.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free at the visitor garage in the Douglas Entrance. After you park, take the elevator and it will leave you right in front of the ceremony.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

While we do not have a block of hotel rooms, please check our "Travel" tab for hotel recommendations. The hotels listed are within close proximity to the wedding venue.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We’ve created an universal online registry (all of our registries are link together on this website) and honeymoon fund which can be viewed on the "Registry" tab. Any gifts would be greatly appreciated. Registries include: Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, Bed Bath and Beyond and Macy’s.
