Tim and Sam were neighbors from birth until the Noverini’s moved to South Elgin in the early grade school days. Sam was friends with Tim's sister Danielle and Tim was friends with Sam’s brother Mark. The last time Sam recalls visiting the Noverini’s was at a sleepover at their new home in South Elgin to which Sam went home scared in the middle of the night. One day Sam decided it was time to go to a new hairstylist and asked her friend who she went to and it was Kate Santi. Through that hair appointment it was discovered that Kate's husband, Blake, is best friends with Tim and that's when she came up with the idea to set us up on a date. Two weeks later Sam received a DM from Tim and after he asked her out for coffee Sam’s mom did a little happy dance as she always loved Tim and recalled how sweet he was as a kid. Thanks to Kate- We wouldn't be here without her efforts to bring us together. Little did we know that the covid lockdown would happen the day after our first date. Luckily it did not discourage them from continuing to spend time together. Tim would visit Sam living in the city and they would go for walks, play Mario kart, watch movies and order in food. Over the years our love continued to grow and led to our engagement in Pensacola, Florida. Tim popped the question on the pier next to Jaco’s Bayfront Bar and Grille where they had a celebratory dinner afterwards. Tim had arranged for Sam’s parents to be there too as a wonderful surprise! We have been beyond blessed with so much support by friends and family throughout our time as a couple &we cannot wait to make more of memories with all of you as we become Mr. & Mrs. Noverini!
