Yes, we are requesting that our guests dress in Formal Attire. Ladies think long gowns and heels. Men think suits or tuxedos.
Unless specified on your invitation, unfortunately we aren't able to offer a guest. Please reach out to the bride/groom if there is someone special you would like to bring not listed on your invitation.
Our reception and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the hotel terrace. There will be heaters available if cooler weather is expected. We recommend packing a light sweater or wrap. Our reception will take place in the sixth floor ballroom.

Yes, we have secured a room block at the Sarasota Westin for Friday and Saturday night. Please follow the link provided below. The room block cut off date is December 1, 2025. The Sarasota Westin only offers valet parking. Day parking at the hotel is $12. For guests staying at the hotel, overnight parking is $25/night. Please be sure to make sure you mention you are with the Hickman/Nordhausen wedding, as the parking rate is significantly reduced for the wedding guests.
