Question

How do I get to Wellfleet, MA?

Answer

If you are arriving into Boston before 3pm, there are buses via the Plymouth Brockton from Boston with a transfer in Hyannis. There is also a 5:30pm ferry from Boston to Provincetown. If you have not figured this out yet, please text or call Victoria Coady immediately at 281-728-7361. If you can let us know ASAP what time you are arriving and where (outside of Wellfleet) we can do our best to help coordinate transportation to get you where you need to go. Please refer to the travel page of this website for links.

Question

What is the dress for the weekend?

Answer

In general, our #1 is that you feel your most beautiful/handsome/sexiest best. For happy hour and brunch, break out your fanciest comfy clothes or your comfiest fancy clothes. For the bonfire, we'll be on the beach after sunset- bring a sweater, sweatshirt, blanket, something to sit on, someone to cuddle. For our wedding ceremony and reception- be fancy. It's a wedding. There will be photos. We're getting married on the beach so if sand is not your thing, wear closed toe shoes, bring flip flops, etc. The rest of the night, you'll want shoes you can dance in, walk in, etc.

Question

Where do I go for dinner on Saturday? Breakfast on Sunday?

Answer

We tagged our favorites on the "Things to Do" tab. Please check out this section first before you text/call us.

Question

Is this a Jewish Wedding?

Answer

Yes and no. Thing happened a little out of order as they might when you've been engaged for 18 months and lots of things have happened in the world. When we first got engaged, we didn't belong to a temple. It was most important when we were planning this weekend and our wedding that we got married by someone we know and love- thank you Jenny. Jenny is an incredible playwright and one of our dearest friends and we have designed the ceremony with her based on Jewish traditions. We did a Katubah signing with our Rabbi in Seattle last month so by Jewish law, we are married. So yes, there will be some blessings, a glass will be smashed, and we will dance the horah.

Question

Wait, did you bring your dog?

Answer

Yes we did. Oz is our ring bearer. If this is news to you and you are concerned, please text/call Victoria Coady at 281-728-7361. Oz will be at the Bonfire (off leash) and at our Ceremony (on leash). He lives for making out with people and can be rather forward. If this is not your thing, you have been warned. His signature move is to let you pet him, spin around, and then jump and and try to make out with you. In general, if you ignore him, he will ignore you.

Question

What's your wedding hashtag #?
