With the most delicious handmade fudge—rivaling the legendary homemade fudge made by Johnny's grandmother, Joansie—and irresistible saltwater taffy, every summer became an adventure filled with sugary delights!

If you adore shopping and dream of embodying stylish beach bum vibes all year long, then Sur La Plage is the ultimate destination for you! This high-end boutique has a vibrant history, with Norah's best friend, Shane Kipple, working several summers there. Imagine the buzz of dressing room fashion shows and the thrill of paychecks sizzling away in this fine establishment!
Bagel Shack
The best place in town for a pork roll, egg, and cheese on a freshly baked bagel! And yes, we call it PORK ROLL!
Barnegat Lighthouse State Park
The iconic Old Barney! LBI's gorgeous lighthouse, built back in 1859, proudly stands at the northern tip of our 18-mile island. One of Norah's favorite summer traditions was to take a bike ride to the lighthouse, tackling the 36-mile round trip on—you guessed it—beach cruisers. Johnny and Norah loved this adventure, stopping to explore all the charming spots along Long Beach Island as they made their way there.
