Are kids invited?

We love kids, but this is an adult-only event. Thank you very much for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome. Please keep in mind that weather permitting, both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The grass can be soft, so wearing very high heels might not be very comfortable. Lastly, May evenings can still be a little chilly in New Jersey, so feel free to bring a light jacket/coat.

Can I bring a guest?

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, please come unaccompanied.

What is the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

Our venue is actually inside the Gateway National Recreation Area in Highlands, NJ. We recommend searching "The Post Chapel" on your GPS (Google Maps is the best). Just make sure the address says "Sandy Hook," not "Atlantic Highlands."

Where do I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot right next to the Chapel with 22 parking spaces and 1 handicapped space. This parking lot will be reserved for guests on the day of the wedding. However, there are also other nearby parking lots. Parking shouldn't be a problem!
