As the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, we recommend arriving by 4:00 pm to ensure a relaxed and timely arrival.
The dress code is formal attire. For women, floor-length or midi dresses are appropriate, and for men, suits in classic tones such as black, navy, or grey are recommended. While we welcome color and pattern, we ask that guests refrain from wearing white or attire with a white base, to honor the bride.
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you were given a plus one, their name or "guest" will appear on your invitation. We kindly ask that guests not be substituted, as guest names are confirmed in advance.
We love your kids, we really do! However, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding ceremony. If your invitation is addressed to “The _____ Family,” it includes your entire household. Any children invited will be listed by name on the online RSVP. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
Even if you're staying at a different hotel or nearby rental, you're still welcome to use the shuttle. Please let us know if you will be using the provided transportation when you RSVP so we can ensure enough seats are available!
Shuttles will begin loading at Kingsmill Resort at 3:15 PM and will depart promptly at 3:30pm. Return shuttles to the resort will depart the venue at 10:00pm.
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so once the festivities begin, we kindly ask that phones be silenced and tucked away. We’d love for you to be fully present with us, and let our photographer do the snapping so you can enjoy the moment (and the view)!
