A special education teacher and speech language pathologist head to Rosy’s Taco Bar on 22nd and Walnut for Taco Tuesday. A couple tacos and maybe too many margaritas later and the rest is history. Ian proposed to Nora in their kitchen on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Ian then took Nora back to their first date spot to celebrate with family and friends (and again, drink too many margaritas!).
