Fresh out of college and finding their way in the world, Nora and Colin first crossed paths working at Wayfair in Boston. What started as years of friendship built over coffee runs, work banter, and beers at the office taps slowly grew into something more. After-work drinks turned into first dates at Deluxe Bar and, eventually, a love neither of them saw coming, but both knew was meant to last. The first to sense it? Nora’s cat, Boo - who gave Colin the rare and very important paw of approval within minutes of meeting him. On the surface, if you looked at their interests you’d probably think: “opposites attract.” Colin, the lifelong athlete and die-hard Patriots fan who loved his beige foods; Nora, the music and theater lover who knew every Broadway song but only one football player (hi, Tom Brady). But what mattered most was what they shared: a love for life’s little moments, a belief in kindness, a deep care for friends and family, and a joy in learning from each other’s worlds. Colin taught Nora how to breathe a little easier, laugh a little louder, and (admittedly) memorize a few too many sports stats. Nora introduced new joys for Colin, from travel and true crime TV to a whole rainbow of new foods. Together, they discovered new passions - tennis games, ski slopes, lazy beach days, and quiet nights cooking dinner and dancing (maybe not always on beat, ahem Colin) in the kitchen. Their lives didn’t just come together, their families and friends did too. With family and lifelong friendships gained in each other’s people, their worlds grew fuller, warmer, and infinitely better. Today you’ll find them clinking glasses on the deck at their condo in JP, lazing around on the beach, hitting (or missing) tennis balls, hosting pizza nights, and cherishing all the small, extraordinary moments that make up their life together. They feel endlessly grateful - for each other, for the life they’re building, and for all the incredible family and friends who have loved and supported them along the way. They can’t wait to celebrate this beautiful beginning with all of you - the ones who have been part of their story from the very start.
