What are the closest airports to the venue?
Answer
There are two airports which are about an hour and 15 minutes from the venue. The first is Albany International Airport located in Albany, NY. This airport is a little larger and should have more options. The second is Stewart Airport located in Newburgh, NY. Lastly, there are always the New York City airports which are Laguardia, JFK and Newark airport. Those airports are about 2 1/2 hours away. If you have any questions please reach out to us!

Are there any taxis in the area?
Answer
Uber or Lyfts are not reliable in the Catskills. For welcome dinner, you are welcome to drive and park at the venue, or arrange a taxi with a local company. We would also recommend arranging a taxi from the airport if you are not planning on renting a car. One company is Woodstock Town Car, and their website is https://phoeniciatransport.com Another option is Coxsackie Transport. We will be providing transportation to and from venue on wedding day, if you have not yet let us know where you are staying please reach out and tell us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?
Answer
Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from local hotels and airbnbs to the venue. As our wedding is taking place during spring in the Catskills we recommend booking a hotel early! There are not many hotels and they book up quickly. As always reach out to us with any questions.

While we do love children, we have decided to make our wedding adults only. Thank you for your understanding!
