Bus Schedule 1st Pick Up (Bellingham to Venue)
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm
714 Lakeway Drive, Bellingham, WA 98229
The first bus to pick guests up to go to the wedding ceremony leaves the 4 Points Sheraton at 3 pm and arrives at the wedding venue at 3:45 pm.
Bus Schedule 2nd Pick Up (Snowline Neighborhood Cabins to Venue)
3:45 pm - 4:00 pm
The 2nd bus pick up will pick the snowline cabin guests up at 4pm outside the neighborhood gates. The bus will drop guests off at the venue at 4:15pm.
Wedding
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
7666 Wandering River Road, Maple Falls, WA 98266
The dress code for this event is Semi-Formal. The wedding venue is outdoors and we want guests to be comfortable.
Dinner and dancing to follow.
Early Bus Leaving the Venue to Bellingham
8:00 pm - 8:15 pm
There will be 2 departing bus times to take guests back to the 4 Points Sheraton Hotel in Bellingham. The first bus will leave the venue at 8pm and arrive in Bellingham at 8:45pm.
Last Bus Leaving the Venue
10:15 pm - 10:30 pm
The last bus leaving the venue will pick up all remaining guests from the venue. The bus will first take cabin guests back to the snowline neighborhood gate. From the snowline neighborhood, the bus will take all remaining guests on the bus to the 4 Points Sheraton Hotel. Cabin guests should be back at the snowline neighborhood by 10:30pm. The bus should arrive at the 4 Points Sheraton Hotel by 11:30pm.
