These are just our recommendations. Please feel free to look yourself, but keep in mind distance from Fira and Dana Villas. The island is small, but not the easiest to get around. There are some public transportation options, including a bus line (actually coaches) that runs through the island; it's the cheapest option, but not the most comfortable. I recommend staying in Fira or Firostefani. It's close to everything, and where you'll probably spend 90%+ of your time!
