What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you're driving yourself, it would be best to plan to arrive at the ceremony at St. Frances de Chantal at about 9:30-9:45 to account for traffic. For reference, Long Island traffic at any time of the day is very similar to day-to-day traffic in downtown Nashville / West End.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Because of the size of our wedding we can only account for guests noted on your invitation. Unfortunately we will not have space for extra/last-minute additions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at both the ceremony and reception locations! If parking runs out at the Fox Hollow, please park next door at the Inn at Fox Hollow.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

We are currently working on the details for shuttles from the Inn at Fox Hollow to St. Frances de Chantal.
