Travel
Please be prepared for a flight and then additional 3-4 hours of ground commute to reach the destination.
You can find a place to stay after you land in Incheon in Seoul, and then make the ground trip or you can go straight from Incheon to Gwangju.
Flight
Incheon Airport
For this flight, we recommend flying into Incheon airport. This is because it has the most options to get to Gwangju, and we will be able to easily advise on what to do once you are there. There is also a much higher likelihood of running into English speakers there as well.
Train
Train or Bus
When you land in Incheon, you will need to get to Gwangju which will take an addition 4 hours by Train or Bus. As the trip nears, we will give detailed instructions on what train(s) or bus(es) to take.
Hotel
Damyang Hotel
There is a hotel at the venue, we will be booking for the whole party and then you will be able to register for everything afterwards. Please stay tuned for when this happens.
