When should I RSVP by?

August 1st! But the sooner the better!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not arrive any earlier than 4:15pm. The ceremony will start at 5pm

What is the venue and parking like?

Answer

The venue is outdoors with many different areas that guests are encouraged to walk around and explore! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. If it rains (which it won’t) the ceremony will move to a (less aesthetically pleasing) alternative at the venue. The reception will be held in a heated tent. Parking is readily available at the venue, when pulling into the venue continue straight up the hill to parking! There will be staff to assist you in the right direction! From parking there is a short walk to the main portion of the venue! There is some uneven terrain so maybe don’t wear your HIGHEST heels. For those who need assistance going from parking to ceremony (or anywhere else around the venue) a golf cart service is provided.

What should I wear?

Answer

Whatever you want! (No birthday suits) Casual Cocktail encouraged Bring extra layers as it could get chilly as the sun goes down!

What is BYOB?

Answer

Bring your own BOARD GAMES! We know our crew likes to dance and this will be available BUT we also know our loved ones love to play games and relax while spending time together! If you have a favorite board game feel free to bring it and give to venue staff on arrival to share with some friends for the evening!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This is a small, mostly family wedding. While we would love to give everyone a plus one, this was not possible. If your invitation does not indicate “and Guest” then we will have to meet your date at another time. If your invitation did indicate “and Guest” but you did not RSVP for yourself AND a guest, then we will have to meet your date at another time. If you truly think we made a mistake and meant to give you a plus one, please reach out.

HELP! You invited my toddler?!

Answer

We are very excited to have all our loved ones present on our big day including the kiddos! There will be kid friendly crafts and mock tails available! All supplies are (advertised as) washable! No formal babysitting provided.
