When should I RSVP by?

We can't wait to celebrate with you all! Please RSVP no later than 8/1/26.

Have you reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Element in Lone Tree, CO. Currently, we have 25 rooms reserved per night (9/11 and 9/12). The earlier you book guarantees your spot on the complimentary shuttle provided by the hotel (2 shuttle seats per room)!

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotels?

Answer

There will indeed be shuttles to and from the hotels! A shuttle will depart from the hotel at 2:45pm in order for all the guests to have plenty of time to find their seats for the ceremony. When you're all danced out, there will be two shuttles leaving the venue - one at 9:00pm and the second leaving at 11:00pm.

What is the dress code for the big day?

Answer

We're kindly requesting guests to dress in cocktail attire - Not quite black tie, but definitely not jeans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see their name (or “and guest”) listed when you go to RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my kiddos with me?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but this party is just for the grown-ups! We hope you can enjoy a night off to eat, drink, and celebrate with us. We will list a couple of different childcare options here: www.ourlittleguests.com www.myerschildcare.com

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you put away phones and cameras during the ceremony. We’re having an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture all the special moments, and we can't wait to share them all with you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar stocked with wine, beer and spirits! Please note: if you are not accustomed to our altitude here in Colorado, your tolerance will be significantly lower! Please drink responsibly and have fun! :)

Is there Parking available?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception venue has a parking lot big enough to accommodate all of our guests!
