Via Ferrata

A via ferrata is Italian for 'iron path'. It involves climbing iron rungs, ladders, and bridges on steep rocky terrain. You are safely secured at all times with a harness, safety cable, and helmet. It is an estimated 3 hour long experience Because this is a guided experience, there is a $100 per person cost to participate. This is payable to Dayton to pass along to the guide company. Dayton's Venmo is '@Dayton-Cooney' Be sure to fill out the waiver (same as the shuttle waiver) on the Things to Do Page

If the Via Ferrata isn't your jam please enjoy the many hikes that are around. We will organize shuttles to the more popular trailheads, but please feel free to explore on your own
