Our Story & Photos
Laura and Aaron’s story starts back in 2014, during their junior year of high school. They went to the same small private school and were in the same class. Even though they shared classes, they never interacted much and barely ever had a full conversation with each other. In 11th grade, Aaron left the private school to attend a public school, while Laura stayed until graduation.
When college came around, Aaron went to Sierra College while Laura attended American River College. Three years after graduating high school, Aaron reached out to Laura on Instagram, sparked by a dream he had about her. That one fateful message led them to start spending time together, and about a month later, they became a couple.
The next three and half years were filled of travels from Colorado to the many beautiful coastal spots along the California. Suddenly they were engaged in August of 2025! Who would have thought that one dream Aaron had would lead them to where they are today?
