Bartaco

This was where we had our first date :) Located in North Hills, there are several shops and places to walk around in the surrounding area.

Packhouse Coffee Company

Our favorite coffee place :) Located in downtown Youngsville. There are several antique stores nearby as well that we like to frequently visit.

Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Our favorite ice cream spot located in Raleigh :) looking for something to do nearby is Durant Nature Reserve with several nice walking trails.

Knightdale Station Park

810 North First Avenue, Knightdale, NC 27545

Knightdale Station has a lovely walking path and is close to downtown Knightdale which has several shops and restaurants.

North Carolina Museum of Art

This museum has a large indoor portion as well as grounds surrounding the museum featuring large outdoor art installations and a beautiful park.

Shelly Lake Park

Located in Raleigh, this park has a nice trail going around the lake with a lot of surrounding wildlife including an active bald eagle nest.

Dix Park

Located just southwest of downtown Raleigh, it features expansive green fields, hammocks, and art installations like the hidden Thomas Dambo giant wooden trolls.
