Our venue's address is 10313 Circle Dr. Austin, Tx. Once you arrive, you'll see signage directing you to the parking lot and further signage to where to the ceremony will take place. Reception will follow at the same location.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors under shaded trees. If inclement weather occurs, there will be a covered backup. The parking lot is dirt, but all other walking will be on paved walkways.
No, both events will be held on the beautiful Ranch Austin property. No extra driving will be necessary.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15-30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time.
We will be having a grazing table at cocktail hour followed by a Texas BBQ dinner.
We will have water, sodas, coffee, beer, wine, and champagne available.
We have chosen terracotta, ivory, and sage green.
We are not allowing any unaccommodated plus-ones to our wedding. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation. If any guests are listed on your RSVP, please list their full name.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we have a wedding registry option on our website. We will also have a card box/gift table available at our venue.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at that time. Feel free to take photos/videos during the reception. You are welcome to message them to us afterwards.
We ask that you RSVP you and/or your guests by August 24, 2025. This allows us to give our vendors a correct count prior to the wedding.
Our wedding will take place at Ranch Austin on 9/20/25. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm sharp, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap up around 10pm.
