Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! We’ll have lawn games to keep them entertained, along with a selection of kid-friendly drinks like lemonade, iced tea, juice, and soda. Please note that there will not be a separate kids’ menu. Children will be served the same food as the adults. It’s very important that all children are supervised by an adult at all times, as required by our venue. This is to ensure everyone’s safety and to help protect the property. We kindly ask that parents and guardians keep a close eye on their children throughout the night.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will take place in August, so we’re asking guests to wear semi-formal or garden party attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. While fans will be provided in the reception tent, we recommend dressing for the weather and choosing comfortable, breathable clothing. If you have questions, please reach out!

Can I bring someone if they are not listed on my RSVP?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of you. While not every guest will have a plus one, please know this decision was made thoughtfully based on space and logistics. It’s not personal, we promise. When you RSVP, simply enter your name, and the system will let you know whether your invitation includes a guest, your partner by name, or just you.

Important notes on alcohol

We’ll have a hosted bar serving beer, wine, and three liquors: vodka, tequila, and bourbon. Drinks are complimentary, and cash tips for the bartenders are always appreciated!!! That said, we kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and be mindful of their alcohol consumption. Water will be available throughout the evening, so please stay hydrated and pace yourself. Let’s make it a fun and safe celebration for everyone! Additionally, no outside alcohol or drugs are allowed on the premises. This is a strict venue policy, and violating it could put us in breach of contract. We appreciate your help in respecting this rule!

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

No, there will not be a formal seating chart. We will have a few tables reserved for immediate family, but all other seating is open. Feel free to sit wherever you like!
