We truly appreciate your excitement to celebrate with us! Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones, as our guest list and headcount have already been finalized. If your invitation includes a plus one, you’ll see that option when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and for celebrating this special day with us!
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. This allows plenty of time to get settled and seated so that we can start right on time. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!
By black tie, we mean wedding-formal attire. We’d love for our guests to arrive in all black, elegant evening wear, polished, stylish, and dressed for a night to remember. The only guests not required to follow black tie are the wedding party, as their attire is already arranged.
Please, no photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer and want everyone fully present with us in the moment. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like at the reception — and don’t forget to use our hashtag #TillDeath2026 so we can see them all!
On the day of the wedding, please reach out to my Maid of Honor, Eniyah, or my Godmother, Latoya. These are the two people we trust the most to help everything run smoothly, and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of so Kalonji and I can stay fully present in the moment.
We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. The only children attending will be those who are part of the wedding party. If your child is invited, you’ll see their name or a plus one for them included when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us create the atmosphere we envision for our special day.
