Dress code: semi-formal/dressy casual We recommend dress shirts or polos, dress pants, khakis, cocktail dresses, skirts or jumpsuits. Please show up in what makes you comfortable!
Dress code: black tie optional Generally, we would love to see you in your best tuxes, suits and ties, long dresses, or long jumpsuits (any color besides white or ivory)! But again, please make sure you will be comfortable for lots of dancing :)
Transportation will be available to and from the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa and the Richmond Marriott. The timing for the buses will be provided on the information cards attached to the hotel welcome bags. If you don't plan to stay at one of the above hotels, it should be fairly easy to Uber or Lyft to and from the venue if you are staying in nearby hotels or rental houses. We recommend scheduling rides ahead of time so they know they're going out to Dover! If you plan to drive to the venue, there will be parking available. If you need to leave your car overnight for any reason, it must be picked up between 9am and 11am on Saturday.
Due to restrictions with our headcount, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they are named on your invite. If you have changes to your plus one/attendance before or after the RSVP date, or questions about whether you can bring a guest, please contact us separately!
We’re planning for an adults-only celebration and hope it’ll be a fun night away for our guests. That said, please reach out as early as possible if you have specific circumstances where this may not be feasible and we will be happy to talk through the best plan on a case-by-case basis :)
For any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP and select your dinner preference for the reception.
While we don't expect gifts (your presence is genuinely what we look forward to most), if you feel compelled to give a gift, please have it mailed directly to us via our Registry using the link at the top of the page.
