We’re getting Married!

HERS: I met Michael at GPSTC. We were both training to be 911 disptachers for two different counties. Our trainer had everyone paired up... all, but me. So, she had me go into a room, and pretend to be in a domestic dispute with my spouse. I was attempting to give it a go (failing, y’all. I was failing!), and out walks Michael. Without hesitation, he ask if he could join. First thought, who does this nerdy guy think he is?? (Those cute glasses!) Second thought, he’s cute! Third, okay... this will work. So this hot, nerdy guy just sits down, and he is instantly my husband. We have to pretend argue, and I got, maybe, two sentences out. I was crying from laughter the entire time. We were •married• & fighting because I •burnt the popcorn• & He found love in all the wrong places after that 😂 .. it was all downhill from there. The poor girl may have failed her training as a dispatcher, but I am getting a •real husband• that is still hot + nerdy. The End.

HIS: I had just made it to GPSTC, a training facility to get certified as a 911 operator. I was in a class a week later then I was supposed to be in due to paperwork not being turned in soon enough. There were a bunch of people from different counties and I started to people watch. As I was scanning the room, my eyes stopped on this gorgeous girl named Randi. In my head I was thinking she was incredibly hot and she was way out of my league. I was a shy guy at the time and had never really stuck my head out of my comfort zone. That was until one day as a part of training we were assigned to go into these rooms to pretend to make a fake 911 call so others could practice taking calls. I had finished with my scenario and was walking back when I saw her, the super hot girl that was way out of my league. I don’t know what came over my to have the courage, (many self pep talks in my head) but I stepped into her room and asked her if she wanted help. I still remember her smile when she said yes. We had to pretend to be in a domestic dispute, so of course I took the role of her husband. I went all out to make this cute girl laugh. We were fighting because she burnt my popcorn and then it took off from there. I’ll never forget the way she laughed. From that day on we became friends and then best friends. I knew from early on that I would fall in love with this beautiful woman. After years of getting to know my best friend I had no doubt this was the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I’m so blessed. She is my North Star. I’m so in love.
