Puerto Vallarta Airport International Airport also known as Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR) is encouraged. However, guests can arrive to their destination in any way.
No. Las Caletas operates independently and there is no specific destination that you have to be at during your visit to Puerto Vallarta. You can stay wherever you want! It may be a hotel, resort, Airbnb, beach house, friend or family house, etc.
The boat will be departing from the Marina Puerto Vallarta. PLEASE DO NOT arrive at the Marina Nuevo Vallarta as this is in the state next door to Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. The address for the port for departure is in Puerto Mágico: Blvd. Francisco Medina Ascencio, Zona Hotelera Norte., 48333 Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
The only way to get to Las Caletas is by boat. Boat departure is 4 PM. Due to a tight schedule the boat will not be waiting for any guests and will leave by 4PM. Timeliness is extremely important.
The boat ride to and from Las Caletas will be about an hour each way. Per the crew, motion sickness should not be an issue due to the catamarans size, however dramamine will be available. Guests are encouraged to bring their own additional medication for motion sickness if needed.
There will be a full crew present upon departure and arrival on this adventure, round trip! Safety is their top priority and measures are taken to ensure the safety of all guests. Life jackets are always available and boat safety is up to date.
Yes, HOWEVER there will be NO lifeguard on duty. We advise against completely getting in, as you will not be able to wash off anywhere as well. Guests must use their best judgement.
Yes, you are allowed to bring a towel to dry off! However, there will be no access to showers to fully rinse off.
While wrapped gifts are always greatly appreciated, we are strongly advising you send us gifts to our address. This is so you don't have to carry it with you to our destination while on the boat just for us to bring it back. Cards are always welcome!
Unfortunately, food is prohibited from bringing to this destination. Water bottles are welcome!
YES! A variety of tequila, vodka, rum, whisky, beer, mixed drinks, soft drinks, juices, purified water, etc. will be available.
Yes, the show must go on! However, we do NOT anticipate rain on this day as the region will be over their rainy season. In the case that Mother Nature has other plans, not to worry, there is a covered restaurant at the destination. The boat is catamaran styled and does have an ample roof overhead to fully cover guests.
While we love that you would like to share this day with an additional guest, we are working with a set guest list and additional guests cannot be accommodated. Please understand that if you do arrive with a guest that is not confirmed on our list, they will be turned away at the boat dock. Thank you for understanding!
Due to the nature of the island, no animals - including service animals - are allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience!
We tried to be as thorough as possible but some details can be missed! We urge you to ask us any questions/concerns with ample time via cell at 708-845-8454 or via email at lunargarcia11@gmail.com. Thank you! We hope to see you there. ♡
