It all began in a small dance hall near A&M’s campus called Hurricane Harry’s, when Trey first asked me to dance. Both of us had grown to like dancing there and had developed some mutual friends. Whilst initially Trey was too timid to regularly ask me to dance, we quickly became regular dance partners for one another. After a few months of getting to know each other on the dance floor, Trey finally convinced me to move our friendship ourtside of that little dance hall and as a first stop, I agreed to go with him to the nearby Whataburger (little did he know he picked my favorite restaurant at the time). Afterward, and based on his excellent choice in restraunts, we soon became friends outside of our little dancing scene. Over the course of the next few months, Trey and I started to go to church together on Sundays as we happened to discover we both attended the same mass time at St. Marys, we started to meet up for dinners while watching The Bachelor together (I probably should have known Trey liked me when he agreed on the show), and grew to know one another better. After a while, we realized that there was more than friendship in the relationship we had developed and shortly after that, the friendship developed into a romance. As they say, the rest is history.
