When should I RSVP?

December 5th, 2025, but please RSVP as soon as you can!

Do I need to purchase a Disney ticket?

Answer

No, you do not need to buy or reserve any tickets for this event. The Walt Disney Grand Floridian Wedding Pavilion is located on resort hotel property. You will be entering through a security checkpoint to access the parking. See Maps & Gallery for more detail.

What time does the ceremony begin?

Answer

Please arrive early and be seated by 9:15 AM. Doors open at 9:00, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 9:30 AM with no further entry thereafter. Disney World Property may be difficult to navigate, so please plan to leave your lodging early.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation will call if additional guests will be allowed to join with you and will be stated during your RSVP within your party.

Why is the Wedding Adults only?

Answer

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we made this decision to allow all our guests, parents included, a chance to unwind and enjoy the celebration without distractions. Thank you so much for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This is a formal attire event, please stray from the color Dusty blue (and of course any white!) designated for the wedding party.

Do you have a registry or honeymoon fund?

Answer

In place of a traditional gift list, our registry features experiences to contribute for our dream honeymoon. Your presence means the world, but if you’d like to contribute, these moments would make our adventure even more special. See Registry for more details.

When can I check into the venue?

Answer

You can begin going into the wedding pavilion at 9 am!

How can I travel there/get into the venue?

Answer

Please travel by car, or if staying on property: Bus or monorail. If traveling by car you will pull up to the gate and state you're here for our wedding!

Can I bring my own food/drinks?

Answer

Unfortunately no, it is not allowed. Disney will offer a multitude and incredible offers of food and drink! Please message Matthew or I for more details!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Weather will be humid, and possibly hot due to Florida, however the wedding will be in the winter so there is no predicting if it will be cold. The ceremony and venue will be indoors!
