WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!

Marcus and Noelle knew of each other through mutual friends, and hung out once in a while but were casual acquaintances. On Noelle's 21st birthday, Marcus showed up to help celebrate, after some flirting and Marcus's dance moves, they hit it off. Noelle and Marcus fell hard for each other, and have been inseparable ever since.

I knew I wanted to do something special and make a big deal for the person who is my biggest deal. I worked for months on a custom engagement ring on a perfect ring that I thought represent Noelle's simple, elegant and beautiful style to a t. I knew how much our family and friends meant to us so having something that involved everyone was of the upmost importance to me. Working in secrecy for months I was able to fly in a few of our best out of town friends including her best friend Jill and her Mom from Florida. Faking a date night and that Eli would pick her up on his way past her apartment, I had 30 people staged at my store waiting to drop the surprise. She walked into the Portland Gear clubhouse with rows of candles, lights hanging from the ceiling and a full wall video of us playing. As she walked along the path I had hand written notes for her to read before arriving at the end where a video started. At the conclusion she turned around and 1 by 1 the most important people in our lives began walking in with flowers and telling her things they loved about her. As everyone walked into more and more tears began to fall from her face until her mom arrived and she absolutely lost it. I followed in at the end with a big bouquet of roses and proceeded to get on one knee and propose. After that amazing three letter word came out of her mouth it was time to party on! The night concluded with lots of love, photos and showering us with nothing but positivity and hope for the future!
