The closest airport to fly into is San Jose Airport (SJC). It is a little over an hour drive to Carmel.

Carmel-by-the-Sea is about a 10 minute drive to the ceremony and reception venues. It is walking distance to the beach and has a lovely downtown with some fantastic restaurants! There are many small B&Bs and inns in this area to consider.

Monterey is about a 15 minute drive to the ceremony and reception venues. It is famous for its Monterey Bay Aquarium and Cannery Row. There are many hotel options in this area as well to consider!

Carmel Valley is a 5 to 15 minute drive to the reception venue. We recommend staying in this area if you are looking to explore the local wineries. Most of the accommodations in this area are resorts, although there are a few B&Bs and inns as well.
