It’s happening!

Caleb and Noelle met while attending Solid Rock Baptist Church in Pendleton, Indiana. Noelle was serving at Red Robin in Noblesville, when one night, Pastor Aaron and his wife Kate were on a double date. In true Pastor and Kate fashion, they invited Noelle to come visit their church. Previous to this chance meeting with Noelle, Pastor Aaron had been counseling Caleb on waiting for God's timing for a wife. Lo and behold the following Sunday, Noelle followed through and came to church, and would you believe she sat directly behind Caleb and his mom. Caleb's mom saw Noelle and elbowed Caleb in the ribs while mouthing "Noelle" to an embarrassed and now red faced Caleb. Caleb was attending the singles bible study at Solid Rock and Noelle began attending as well. One trip to Brown County with the gang and it was pretty much a sealed deal. They have been inseparable since.

The proposal is a story of mystery staring Noelle as an observant detective. Caleb saved his money quickly to purchase the ring Noelle had clearly hinted that she wanted. Then he made her wait...and wait... However on a cold and dreary day, Noelle decided to check her email. Meanwhile, Caleb had been thinking and planning with his family on how to keep the ring a secret and plot out the perfect proposal. He only told a select few people ,who he knew would not blab to Noelle, that her ring was on its way. Upon opening her computer and clicking on the gmail tab, Caleb's gmail popped up right in front of her unsuspecting and innocent eyes. And she discovered the secret ring making its way into her longing hands. Noelle immediately called Caleb's mom and every other person who would answer her calls to share the good news, and her overwhelming guilt of seeing the secret. Unable to contain her excitement she told Caleb what had happened and he lovingly proposed to her that evening in the romantic shadow of his Cadillac's glove box.
