To say that everything fell into place the first night we met would be a bit of a fib. Our love story started from a series of events that went from Spring to Summer and never ended thereafter. The night of May 17th, 2013, Matt was celebrating his cousin's birthday (his Best Man, in fact) and Noelia was having a girls night out, both at the same spot downtown. A mutual friend made an introduction, faces were ingrained, conversations and laughter were had, but the night went on. We coincidentally bumped into each other at the same spot on the fine evening of May 30th, 2013. The connection felt a little different this time and our hug had a bit of a spark. Some point within the following week Matt decided to make a move and friend Noelia on Instagram (the very platform that has helped us keep all these dates straight). On June 9th, 2013, Matt commented on Noelia's Instagram photo asking her to hang out and shared his phone number...And HERE is where we say "the rest was history" (seriously, go check the photo on Noelia's Instagram, the proof is still there). That summer was filled with butterflies, excitement and a whole lot of laughter. We fell into love slowly, but perfectly.

In October 2017 we signed contract to build our first home together. That night we talked about how buying a home meant we were in it for the long hall...Locking in our commitment with one another and never letting go. Fast forward 9 months later on the morning of June 22nd, 2018, we closed on our first home. We arrived to our new haven like a couple of kids at Disneyland for the first time. As we were doing our final walk-through before receiving the keys, Matt pointed out a big scratch on the kitchen floor. Noelia's neurosis kicked in and she got on her hands and knees to assess the damage. In the midst of terror over the floor (which clearly had no damage at all), she looked up and there was her Prince Charming on one knee, prepared to change her life in all the ways she hoped for.

We are over the moon in excitement to celebrate our love with you this Spring! Our friends and family are our biggest blessing and we are so thankful. We can't wait to see you, dance with you & cheers with you this May!
