How do I RSVP? : Click the RSVP category on our website and enter your name how it was on your save the date or invite. It should pull up you and your family (if applicable). Select your name and check mark who will be attending. If you are bringing someone we did not include in your list of people to check mark please write it in the optional comment part "what date and time will you and your party be arriving" so we know to add them to the number of guests! Thank you in advance.
Yes! Just make sure to include their name in your RSVP.
The ceremony starts at 12:30 pm MST. We estimate it will last 30 minutes to an hour. The reception will begin immediately following the ending of the ceremony at approximately 1:30ish.
The ceremony will be outdoors as well as the dance floor. There will be an indoor section you are free to mingle in if you'd prefer.
For parking we ask that you back all the way in, someone will be outside to help guide you. As we are in Flagstaff area at night it is DARK. Trying to leave the venue at night will be difficult if you do not back in.
Around this time of year it is an average high of 75 and low of 54. Small chances of rain.
We ask that you please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony, we have a photographer for that and would like phones but away during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like during the reception!
I recommend staying at the KOA campground for a cheaper option, they have cabins, tent sites, and other options for a good price. If you would like something fancier there is a Best Western Bellemont Shadow Mountain Inn 10 minutes away from the venue. Click the "travel" option of our website and it will provide you with websites and addresses for both places.
We are not creating a registry, but if you'd like to give a gift, we would be grateful for contributions to our honeymoon fund like cash or gift cards! However, all gifts are welcomed and appreciated, and absolutely no gift is expected to attend! Your presence is enough for us!
Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm. Feel free to stick around after if you would like. Music will be turned off at about 9:30 pm to ensure quiet hours are respected.
There will be some snacks; lots of chips & dips, mini cookies, mini donuts, & brownies. For dinner we will be serving panda express. We will also have wedding cake after dinner! One tier will be chocolate & vanilla layered, the second one will be red velvet and cream cheese frosting. All of the outer frosting will be chocolate!
We will not be serving alcohol as the bride and groom don't drink much. Feel free to bring your own alcohol! All we ask is you enjoy responsibly! We want great memories- not messy ones!
