When should I RSVP by?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire — suits (tie optional), cocktail dresses, or elegant separates. Groomsmen will be wearing tuxedos while bridesmaids will be wearing floor length dresses. Cocktail length is perfectly appropriate for guests!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are by invitation only. We're keeping our guest list intimate and appreciate your understanding.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM CT with the prelude beginning at 3:30pm CT. We ask that guests plan to arrive no earlier than 3:30pm CT while ensuring you're seated before the processional begins.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available. Uber and Lyft also drop off and pick up directly at the venue if you prefer to leave the driving to someone else.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No — we earnestly ask that you put your phones away. We have a professional photographer capturing every moment, and personal devices in guests' hands can interfere with those once-in-a-lifetime shots. Don't worry — we'll share the professional photos online after the wedding.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a discounted room block at SpringHill Suites Arlington TN, located five minutes from the venue. To book, please use code ‘TBD’ at checkout before ___ date. We recommend booking early, as rooms are limited.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Absolutely! While our room block is at the hotel closest to the venue, Memphis has plenty of great options closer to the heart of the city. Check the 'Travel' tab on our website for recommendations.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly. The reception will be indoors.

Is your venue ADA accessible?

Yes! Our venue is fully ADA accessible. Please reach out to the couple if you have specific needs you would like the couple to make the venue aware of.
