Wedding party will attend a rehearsal at San Francisco City Hall at 5:15 pm. All members of the wedding party should meet in the bar of the Grand Hyatt at 4:30pm (or earlier if attending cocktail hour) and we will all Uber over together. Wedding party “plus ones” are asked to join wedding party guests after the rehearsal for the rehearsal dinner.

Casual
This space is two blocks up from the Grand Hyatt on Sutter street (where the hotel is located). It is a 3 minute walk from the Grand Hyatt, Marriott, and all surrounding hotels. This is a pleasant, family-oriented and simple space where we can gather, eat some tacos and relax (like usual when we all get together). If you would like to bring your favorite drink, you are more than welcome, as this venue space allows for food and drink to be brought in. Tacos will be catered, and we will have light Mexican-inspired beverages. All wedding party members, “plus ones” and family are invited. Make sure you RSVP to Melissa or Noel.

Semi-Formal Attire
Ceremony will begin promptly at 1:15pm Please arrive by 12:45pm as doors will open at that time. This is a government building; therefore you will have to process through metal detectors. No concealed weapons, heavy jewelry, and please plan to remove belts, phones, etc. (shoes remain on) to process through quickly. All ages, additional persons, etc. are invited to the ceremony. There is not a cap on attendees at this location; therefore if you have children or other family members who would like to attend the ceremony, they are welcome. We are limited in time at this venue and want to ensure an enjoyable event. Please be prompt and plan accordingly for city traffic. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in the area.

Cocktail Attire
We are hosting an Adults-Only reception. Due to this space’s max capacity restriction, please limit each invitation to two adult guests. Cocktail hour will be held from 6:00pm-7:00pm on the 36th floor. Dinner and dancing will follow.
