When should I RSVP by?

Answer

For the best rates for the rooms blocked for our guests, please RSVP by September 4, 2022. Note: Your RSVP will not count until you apply a deposit for your hotel room via the hotel directly or the room block accomodations. Final RSVP must be confirmed by February 12, 2023.

Can I bring a date?

Yes , if you’re allowed a plus one . Guest list is strictly enforced.

Are children welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the ceremony and reception. Children in our wedding party/immediate family only - thank you for your understanding! Professional babysitting will be provided at the hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know if you or your guest have any food allergies no later than three weeks out of the event.

What is the plan for COVID-19 safety?

Dress Code?

Answer

First and foremost- your comfort matters to us! Please dress comfortably within the dress code of dressy casual, semi-formal/cocktail attire. Remember it's a CELEBRATION!!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During our wedding weekend we do encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #PerezentingJadeandNoel so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will I be able to receive a refund if I cancel my hotel reservation?

Answer

Just like any trip, we wouldn't want you to book without travel insurance.
