We’re getting married!

Noalani and Bryson grew up together and have been best friends since they were 13. They met in their youth group in middle school, and couldn’t help but want to be around each other. Bryson had a crush on Noalani when they were 14… Noalani didn’t like him in that way at the time, so they remained friends and Bryson waited. Two years later when they were 16, Bryson asked Noalani to be his girlfriend on April 18th, 2022. Almost three years later, Bryson proposed on February 21st, 2025. They will be celebrating three years of dating, and almost 7 years of friendship this year!

Noalani had no idea that everyone knew. Engagement was on her radar, but she thought it wasn't for another few months at least. Bryson had been planning, prepping, and inviting people to help pull it off 3 months before he popped the question, and Noalani was clueless, (which was her one request as she is very hard to surprise.) It was a cold day in Jacksonville Florida, and Nani had her suspicions. That day, they went to all of their favorite spots in Jacksonville and even found a black velvet ring box that bryson would later propose with that day. The day went on, and they ended up on Micklers Beach just south of Jacksonville beach. It was windy, and cold, but the sunset was breathtaking. Noalani had no idea (even though bryson brought his backpack, flowers, and a camcorder to document with.) It wasnt until AFTER Bryson read an endearing letter to Noalani that she realized what was happening. Bryson then got down on one knee, and asked Noalani to marry him. They both spent the following 30 minutes ugly crying in disbelief that this was real, and Noalani eventually threw up because of all the excitement. (Don’t worry she’s okay)
