Question

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held onsite at The Four Seasons Barn, Cardington, Ohio. As the sun will be shining (hopefully) the ceremony will be held outside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held both indoors and outdoors. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. The venue address is 3310 Township Rd 155, Cardington, OH 43315.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free, on-site parking is available on the venue property.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Guests who arrive after 5:00 p.m. will be asked to wait by the reception area until the ceremony has concluded. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in semi-formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please no jeans/denim.

Can I take photos during ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like! Please share them with us!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 15th, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand!

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accomodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Yes! Please let us know on your RSVP of any food allergy concerns.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us- get ready to party!! There will be wine, beer and cocktails available! Please make sure to bring your I.D. with you as our bartenders have the right to check. *NO SHOTS ALLOWED* We encourage guests to uber/lyft to and from the venue if you plan on drinking at the event. Please make sure you have a way to get home safely!
