When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30, 2025. You can do this by using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Garden Attire: Feel free to wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, button-ups, sandals, etc. Please keep in mind that this event will be in July, so the weather may be warm during the ceremony. Wear comfortable shoes, as the ceremony will be on grass / outdoors and we plan to dance the night away after dinner.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at Cedar River Weddings & Events venue between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. PDT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:00 p.m.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation as well as your RSVP link. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Unfortunately, due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to invite children of close family to our wedding. Thank you for your understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue has an acre of field for parking, which will be indicated when you arrive.

Will there be dietary options?

Answer

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
