Taylor worked as a Community Assistant in Exchange Residence Hall at The University of Akron. Noah was in town to visit his fraternity brothers who had just joined the fraternity. He came into the building looking for a shopping cart to help his fraternity brother move out of his dorm. Taylor had a mouth full of food when Noah approached her. Nervously, she rushed and chewed her food as she tried to answer his questions. Mid conversation, she noticed that he was wearing a Kappa Alpha Psi shirt. As Noah walked away, Taylor said with a smile “Hey...by the way, Skee-YO!” Noah turned around, smiled then said “Oh okay, I didn’t know you were an AKA that’s whats up.” He then gave her his number and told her to hit him up sometime. Taylor texted him a few minutes after he left, then texted her line sisters saying “I found my husband y’all”. Noah texted Taylor back, then told himself “I still got it”. That week, Noah and Taylor spent almost every waking moment together until Noah had to leave for North Carolina.

Fact #1: Our original wedding date was May 15, 2021 (pre-covid). May 15th is the day we met along with our fraternaty and sorority lines numbers put together.
