Maid of Honor
Jordan and Sydney have always shared a connection that goes far beyond just being sisters—they’re truly best friends. As the younger sister, Sydney has looked up to Jordan for as long as she can remember. From day one, Jordan has been her biggest cheerleader, her protector, and the person she could always count on. They’ve shared everything—from late-night talks about life and dreams, to endless laughter and leaning on each other through the hard times. Through it all, Jordan has always had a way of making things feel lighter and brighter, knowing just what to say when Sydney needed it most. Over the years, their bond has only grown deeper. Jordan has been by Sydney’s side for so many unforgettable memories, and it only makes sense that she’d be by her side on one of the most important days of her life. Asking her to be maid of honor is just one small way of honoring the love, trust, and unbreakable bond they’ve built. Sydney is endlessly grateful for Jordan’s constant support, and she knows their connection is something they’ll hold onto forever.
Best Man
Ian is Noah’s little brother, and one of the best men. The two grew up together, and are closer than ever now that he doesn’t run to mom when he doesn’t get his way. Ian is pre-med at Virginia Tech, where he combines all the natural intelligence of his older brother with the work ethic to go with it. He’s as strong a person inside and out as Noah knows, and the bride and groom are incredibly excited to have him be such a big part of the big day.
Matron of Honor
Maddy and Sydney met in a way neither of them expected—through their partners, who played baseball together in college. What started as small talk in the stands quickly became something much more. There was an instant connection, the kind that feels easy and rare. Before they knew it, they were spending real time together, sharing laughter, late-night conversations, and moments that quietly built a beautiful friendship. But over time, it became so much more than friendship. Maddy became the person Sydney could turn to for anything—the one who just got her. She’s been Sydney’s steady presence through life’s highs and lows, offering unconditional support, endless encouragement, and a kind of love that feels like family. Maddy is the sister Sydney got to choose, and the kind of friend you only find once in a lifetime. Having Maddy standing beside her on this day isn’t just special—it’s everything. Their bond has shaped Sydney’s life in ways words can’t fully capture, and she is forever grateful for the laughter, the tears, the loyalty, and the love they’ve shared.
Best Man
Xavier was Noah’s college roommate, and one of the two best men, he has known the bride for years and the groom for even longer. He and Noah played Little League together as kids, before playing against each other throughout high school and reuniting as teammates in college. Xavier is as dependable as they come, and never met a person who didn’t love him, including the bride and groom.
Bridesmaid
Regan is Sydney’s younger cousin, and someone she’s watched grow up with admiration and pride. As the daughters of two amazing sisters, they've shared many family memories over the years—from holidays and celebrations to quiet moments that naturally come with growing up in their family. What stands out most about Regan is her kind heart and the energy she brings into every room. She has a way of lifting others up with her positivity, grace, and genuine spirit. Sydney has always admired her strength, her warmth, and the way she approaches life with such confidence and optimism. Having Regan be part of this special day is a reflection of the love and respect Sydney feels for her. She’s proud to call Regan family and is excited to celebrate this moment with her by her side.
Groomsman
A “professional” baseball player, Josh has been specially imported from the Austrian Baseball Bundesliga for groomsman duties. He and Noah spent a pair of summers together surviving the harsh realities of Lexington County, where it became clear Josh would do anything to avoid a real job. After six years of college baseball, Josh took off for Europe, conning multiple teams into paying for his playing services. The two remain close across continents, despite Josh being significantly older.
Bridesmaid
Sydney met Kayla through Noah—she’s his cousin—but over time, she’s become so much more than just family through marriage. From the very beginning, Kayla welcomed her in with open arms, and since then, they’ve built a connection that feels easy, genuine, and full of love. As the amazing mom of two of the flower girls, Blaire and Kennedy, Kayla’s warmth and caring nature shines in everything she does. She’s the kind of person who can make anyone feel at home—and she also happens to be the life of the party. Her laugh is contagious, and she brings a kind of energy that makes every moment more fun. Sydney is so thankful to have Kayla standing by her side on such an important day. She couldn’t imagine celebrating without her!
Groomsman
Having known Noah since he was small, Donovan entered the family orbit when he married Noah’s cousin Kayla. It’s a full family affair for Donovan, whose wife is a bridesmaid and whose two daughters are flower girls. Donovan has been the blueprint for what the groom wants to be, as a father and husband, and he’s thrilled to have him as a groomsman.
Bridesmaid
Hilary is one of Noah's family members but has become such a kind and loyal friend to Sydney. She’s honestly one of the kindest people Sydney’s ever met—always thoughtful, generous, and full of love. Whether they’re cracking up together or just hanging out, Hilary makes everything more fun. She’s the life of the party, with the kind of energy that fills a room and a sense of humor that keeps everyone smiling. Sydney feels so lucky to have Hilary by her side on such an important day. She brings joy wherever she goes, and it wouldn’t feel complete without her there to celebrate.
Groomsman
A former roommate of Noah’s (& Sydney’s!), Garrett has been around for long enough that not making him a groomsman would have seemed cruel. He and Noah were college teammates, and he was one of the first people to find out Noah was proposing. He lived with Noah and Xavier in school, and Noah and Sydney while he attempted to finish his degree. A well-meaning degenerate, the bride and groom are very proud of Garrett for graduating and doing so without a mugshot.
Bridesmaid
Shania and Sydney met back in 2021 when Shania started dating Noah’s cousin, Nathan—and they clicked right away. From day one, her warmth, sense of humor, and all-around good vibes made it feel like they’d been friends forever. Over time, she’s become one of Sydney’s go-to people and someone she truly trusts. Shania is one of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever meet. She’s always looking out for others and finds little ways to make the people around her smile. Whether they’re laughing until they cry or just hanging out, she brings such a fun, light energy to everything. Sydney’s so happy to have Shania by her side on this special day—it just wouldn’t be the same without her.
Groomsman
Nathan is Noah’s cousin, and the two grew up spending summers and holidays together in Maryland. The pair hit it off from the time they were introduced as toddlers, and were nearly inseparable as kids. They could always be found playing football, baseball, basketball, or in the pool at Granny’s, working up enough of a sweat to justify a Hershey bar and orange soda. Around since the beginning, there was no doubt Nathan had to be a groomsman.
Flower Girl
Noah and Sydney first met Kennedy when she was just a few weeks old—the adorable daughter of Noah’s cousin Kayla (one of the bridesmaids) and Donovan (one of the groomsmen). She stole their hearts right away, and it’s been so fun watching her grow into the bright, curious, and full-of-life little girl she is today. She’s always on the move, always asking questions, and always lighting up the room with her energy. Her little sister, Blaire, is also a flower girl, which makes having them both in the wedding even more special. Kennedy brings so much joy to their lives, and Sydney and Noah are beyond excited to have her be a part of this big day.
Flower Girl
Noah and Sydney first met Blaire when she was just a tiny newborn—the sweet daughter of Noah’s cousin Kayla (one of the bridesmaids) and Donovan (one of the groomsmen). Right from the start, she won everyone over with her gentle spirit and sweet nature. It’s been awesome watching her grow into such a happy, joyful little girl who brings so much love to the family. She’s especially close with her sister Kennedy, who’s also a flower girl, which makes having both of them involved in the day even more special. Blaire’s laughter and love light up every moment, and Noah and Sydney couldn’t be more excited to have her playing such a big part in their celebration.
Flower Girl
Sydney first met Addison on a chilly February day when she was just a few weeks old—and from the second she held her, she was completely smitten. As her cousin’s daughter, Addison has always held a special place in Sydney’s heart, and it’s been such a joy watching her grow into the sweet, fun, and energetic little girl she is today. Addison’s happiness is seriously contagious—she lights up every room she walks into and brings so much joy wherever she goes. Having her as one of the flower girls means so much to Sydney and Noah. They can’t imagine the day without her being part of it. She’s a little ball of sunshine, and they feel so lucky to share this moment with her.
Ring Bearer
Noah and Sydney first met Nate as the adorable son of Sydney’s cousin and the sweet little brother to flower girl Addison. From the start, his endless energy and playful spirit brought so much joy to their family. It’s been amazing to watch him grow into such a kind, adventurous, and full-of-life kid. He puts his whole heart into everything—whether he’s playing football, trying new things, or just lighting up the room with his contagious laugh. They all call him “Squish,” which totally fits his fun, lovable personality. Having him as their ring bearer is such a special honor, and they couldn’t imagine the day without him. And even though Noah keeps asking, Sydney has made it clear —Nate won’t be dressing up as a bear—despite being the official ring *bear*-er!
Officiant
Jean was present on Sydney and Noah's first date to a Capitals game in April of 2018 (though he has known Sydney since she was in elementary school). Ever since, he has remained a loyal family friend who prays for the well being of the couple. He is a devoted Christian and his relationship with God as well as the kindness and love in his heart are the reasons that Sydney and Noah are blessed to have him as the officiant on their big day.
Program Attendant
Another of Noah’s cousins, Jason has been named the Program Attendant for the wedding. He is a treasured member of the family, and is a huge part of the bride and groom’s lives. Both Noah and Sydney know they can count on Jason for a smile and a warm heart, and are so excited to make him an important part of their special day.
