When do I need to RSVP by?

Kindly RSVP no later than April 30, 2025.

Am I allowed to bring a date to the wedding?
Answer
Please check your invite as it will indicate who is invited to the wedding.

Can we bring our children to the wedding?
Answer
Although we love to watch the children laugh and play, this is going to be an adults-only kind of day.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3 PM; we recommend you arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Am I allowed to take photos at the wedding?
Answer
Since we have hired a professional wedding photographer to capture our special day, we kindly ask you to refrain from taking pictures with your personal devices during the ceremony.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire. Please note that the ceremony will be taking place outside and the reception will be in the barn. Pointy heels are not recommended as you will have to walk across grass to get to the ceremony.

What if it rains?
Answer
Our ceremony will be taking place out doors under a tree canopy. Our plan is to have the ceremony outside rain or shine unless extreme inclement weather prevents us. Please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella if it looks like it will rain!

How will food and drinks be served?
Answer
There will be charcuterie and snacks at cocktail hour followed by a family-style dinner.

What is the drink situation?

We will be having an open bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options for you to choose from.

How do I get to and from the venue?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Spring Creek Gavel Farm: 562 Spring Creek Rd, Hepworth, ON N0H 1P0 Please check our travel page for details on our shuttle service so you can enjoy the night and make it back home safely.
