How should I dress?

Please dress in formal wedding attire. We request no jeans or casual wear.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Each invitation sent to friends and family specifies who is invited and if they are permitted an additional guest.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church between 1:30-1:45 p.m. to allow ample time for parking and seating before preludes begin. The Mass will begin at 2:00 p.m. 1 W. Wilhelm Street Schererville, IN 46375 Enter through the East doors

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you are mindful of our wonderful photographer, Trysh. Please reserve any desire to take photos to ensure she is able to capture each moment perfectly. Trysh does amazing work, and we trust her craft fully. Guests will be notified when pictures are available through email. We emphasize no photography, as this is a Catholic Mass.

Can I receive the Eucharist at the Catholic Mass?

Answer

Because reception of the Eucharist is a sacrament of initiation, only practicing Catholics in a state of grace may receive; per the Catholic Church.

Is there transportation to and from the reception?

Answer

Guests will need to provide their own transportation to and from the reception.
