Question

How will parking work?

Answer

On your way to the listed address, you will have to pass the Hoiberg shop (aka The Bat Cave) where the parking will be. You will not be able to miss it! There will be golf carts to shuttle guests from parking to the ceremony. If you want to get your steps in, the walk is about quarter of a mile. Shuttles will stop at 4:45 so please plan to arrive before then. Shuttles will also be available to bring guests back to thier vehicle after the ceremony.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be outdoors so attire that is comfortable, breathable, and appropriate for grass and uneven ground is recommended. Suggested attire: Men: Button-down shirt or polo with dress pants or chinos. Jackets optional. If the weather is very hot, nice shorts (such as golf shorts) are perfectly acceptable. Women: Sundresses, midi/maxi dresses, or dressy separates. Footwear: Flats, wedges, dress sandals, loafers, boots, or other shoes suitable for grass. Please avoid: Very high heels or stilettos (grass/soft ground). Overly casual clothing (jeans, athletic wear, gym shorts, flip-flops). Weather note: Evenings can cool down, so bringing a light jacket or wrap may be helpful. Or just stay warm by dancing! The dance floor will be fire! We want everyone to look nice but feel comfortable while enjoying the outdoor setting.

What will happen if it is raining?

Answer

Unfortunately we can’t control the weather. If it rains, we will move the ceremony and activities under the tent to keep everyone as dry as possible. If rain is in the forecast, feel free to bring rain gear and/or an umbrella just in case.
