Mattie met Becca in college when she walked into her dorm room, after spring break, and found a girl making a pizza in her oven. They quickly became best friends. She is the type of friend that you can ask "does this outfit make me look fat?" And she would say, "yes." She is also the friend that can see when someone is upset and does everything she can to make them laugh. Mattie and Becca can go weeks and even months without talking and then call each other up and pick up where they left off. Mattlyn couldn't imagine her special day without her bestie! "Hope she is ready to hold my dress while I pee!"
Ryan Crosby
Best Man
Ryan Crosby, Captain America, Bro-Montana, Broseph, Brotato-Chip, Brother-in-Arms, Friend.... These are many names Ryan and Noah share for one another. They have been close ever since they graduated high school. They would play Halo and Rock Band on All-Nighters with their mutual friends. Even though both went into military service and spent months and months apart throughout these past 10 years... Any time they had time to spend hanging out they would do just that like nothing had ever stopped. Ryan is the type of friend anyone would be lucky to have as he is always there when he is needed, (sometimes whether you want it or not he will clean or fix* your house). Ryan and Noah are brothers from other mothers and best believe they ain't going nowhere.

Mattlyn used to be an only child for about 2 years until her parents blessed her with a sister. They have butted heads (quite literally) They have laughed, They have cried, but most of all they have loved each other. They don't always see eye to eye, but Mattlyn would never trade her for anything. She will serve as Mattie's personal body guard, so y'all better stay in line.
Jeffrey Haffa

Jeffrey Allen Haffa Jr. has become basically a part of Noah's family ever since they first met on the mean streets of Evans, GA. They went from playing Warball in front yards, to playing video games on all-nighters, and to a lifetime friendship. Jeff is one of those types who would help you out if you needed it and wouldn't ask for anything in return. Jeff lives a kind of life that can be almost entirely bound to his love of music and the relationships with his friends. Jeff is a kind and compassionate person who always sees the best in people. Noah and Jeff have been through quite a lot together and they will have many more adventures in the days ahead.
Kayla Gowen
Bridesmaid
Kayla is a sweet girl with a passion for animals and cooking. She can tell you anything you need to know from memory about any animal you see. She also loves picking out different recipes to try. I'm sure she would be ecstatic to bake the wedding cake, but she has a much more important job to do; Mattlyn is excited to have such a sweet sister standing beside her as she marries the man of her dreams.
Melanie Gowen

Melanie is a lover of all things creepy. She writes and illustrates stories. She also is really great with children and is able to lead them in the right direction. Every time Mattlyn comes to visit, Melanie runs up and gives her a hug and tells her that she loves her. She is one of the sweetest and the most spunky person Mattlyn knows. Mattie couldn't think of a better person to add a little fun to her special day than one of her favorite sisters.
Steve Kim

Won S. Kim, also known as Steve Kim, also also known as Snorlax in the days of our youth, has always been a great friend to Noah. Steve is a gamer on a new echelon of gamers and plays board games, video games, and will be the villain in any game where he can be the sole champion. However in the real world, Steve is always trying to help his friends if he can and tries to have as much in life as possible. Steve and Noah have known each other for several years and have been roommates for 2 of those years. In that time, Noah and Steve probably didn't actually speak face to face nearly as much as they did via the video games from across the hall. Ultimately though, Steve is a great person to be around and will always have a place in Noah's life as a true friend.
Joshua Gear-Heitman

Joshua Gear-Heitman and Noah spent about 2 years stationed together at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. When they met, they were just co-workers but shortly after they started to realize they had many similar interests and they were able to nerd-out. Josh would give you that last dime in his wallet if he knew you needed it. Josh wears his heart on his sleeve and tries to be the best guy he can. Josh and Noah were roommates for a little over a year and managed to stay connected despite the significant distance between them. These two have a mutual respect of a little game called "Dark Souls" and work in Jolly cooperation to defeat the darkness over the land. Heroes in the games, heroes in life, these gentlemen share respect and honor above all else.
Emily Carter

Emily Carter is more than just a sister, she is a wife, a mother, and a friend. She has always looked out for her family and friends and is one of the most caring people out there so long as you are on her good side. Emily has always looked out for her brother Noah and even though they definitely do not always agree, they always love each other without fail. When they grew up together, they would go on some pretty interesting adventures and although they do not always get to spend the time together like they used to, they will always have a fun and loving relationship.

William is the brother Mattlyn can trust with anything. They keep each other's secrets and share in inside jokes. He always is down to take a funny picture with Mattlyn and keeps her laughing at how silly he acts. They love challenging each other to friendly competition. Will is always willing to help out with anything. Mattlyn is proud to call Will her brother and Noah is lucky to have him as one of his Groomsmen.
Alexis Fox

This girl right here has gone through some trying times with her big brother Noah. She would beg and beg to play Halo with Noah and Jeff Haffa in which they both annihilated her when she would fly straight into the sky. Alexis is one of those little sisters that a big brother realizes as he gets older that he did not always treat her as she deserved. She is the sweetest and she is always wanting to hang out with her brother and sister. This girl is someone special and much love is shared with these two family members.
Zane Renew

Zane is a spunky kid with a heart of gold. He loves so deeply and cares so much. He is dependable and an all around good kid. He is loud, and like everyone in Mattlyn's family, has a good sense of humor. He is smart and frugal to the point that he usually has more money saved up than all of his siblings combined, but is also willing to give you his last dollar if you needed it. He is a wonderful little brother to Mattlyn and she is sure that he will grow up to be an even more wonderful man.
Michelle Gowen
Mother of the Bride
Michelle is not only Mattlyn's mother, but also her best friend. From catching up on gossip, to motherly advice, Michelle is there for Mattlyn no matter what. She is the perfect role model, and the strongest woman that Mattlyn knows. She is always there to listen to Mattlyn's worries and doubts, making sure to always pick her back up and dust her off and gives her support to any decision her daughter makes. She is truly Mattlyn's superhero.

Pamela J. Fox had Noah in the middle of a flood in Monroe, LA May 30th, 1990. She has been a devoted mother who has always tried looking out for her kids in the best ways she knows how. Noah has not always agreed with his mother, but they have always loved each other no matter the differences they share (or in some cases how similar). Pamela loves her pets more than anything in this world and nobody can tell her otherwise that her pets are her babies. Her natural-borne babies however are fully grown and living their own lives, and despite that she has never stopped how much she loves her children. She loves and loves more than anyone will know and very few will understand. One thing everyone does understand though, is her silliness knows no bounds and will make up names for everything.

Father of the Bride
William is Mattlyn's father. He has been there for her through a ton of hardships and heartbreaks. Though he may not know when to quit, and some of his jokes might be awful, he always offers a humorous outlook on things and a warm hug. Mattlyn and William are so much alike that you would think they really were related; however, blood doesn't make them family, love does. Mattlyn and William are flip and flop, although they argue about who is flip and who is flop. Mattlyn is lucky to have such a wonderful man to call her father.
Kevin Fox

Kevin Fox is a jokester, a mentor, a gentleman, a scholar, a leader, a fisherman, an entrepreneur, a husband, and most importantly a father. Not only is he a father to Alexis Fox, but he has been a father to both Noah Shelton and Emily Carter even when they are not his by blood. He has loved and cherished his family deeply and has always tried to care and be respectful to everyone he meets. He is often the center of attention and the chatterbug with all the fun stories to tell. He has taught many life lessons and will always be a man with a heart of gold. Which by the way, if you get him started on one of his many passions, he will talk your ear off for hours with or without consent.
William Lane Shelton
Father of the Groom
William Lane Shelton, AKA Billy Shelton, is the father of the groom. When Noah lived in Louisiana, Billy always tried to ensure his son was strong and you better be sure he would make his son eat some food when he was picky (like it or not). Noah and Billy have not always seen eye-to-eye as most family relationships incur from time to time, but they have tried to both make amends in their own ways and be better men for those around them as well as themselves. Billy is energetic, enthusiastic, loud, proud, and over the years has even become less hard-headed (although that last one maybe reaching). The way he shows love is similar in the way that Noah does. Both express it not so obviously to everyone, but the truth is that they both love each other, their family, and friends deeply.
Remington Carter
Ring Bearer
Remington Carter, otherwise known as "Remy", is a lot like Noah was in his youth. They both have quite the fondness for video games and aren't exactly always kind to their mothers. Remy enjoys reading lots of books for school like Noah did, but unlike the Hardy Boys growing up he reads I Survived. But even though they have their similarities, Remy has a personality of his own. He has a respect that has been instilled into him by his parents and is always out with his family. He loves his family, and especially his little brother for whom they both drive each other crazy as brothers do. The one thing about Remy that is a problem much like many other youngin's today is you will have a hard time getting him away from that phone, good luck and godspeed to the soul who tries.
Ryder Carter
The Littlest Man
Ryder loves to talk! He is a rambunctious three year old that can tell you anything you need to know about construction equipment. He is smart and creative and loves being carried on long walks (Emily and Mattie have the back problems to prove it) so that he can find baby animals. He loves giving hugs to his aunts and punches to his uncles. he loves playing with his toy excavators and diggers, but he is no longer allowed to have bouncy balls... and please don't ask him why....
Brandy and Sadie
Mattlyn and Noah's Furbabies
Brandy and Sadie are Mattlyn and Noah's Furbabies. They are super smart; Brandy knows how to sit, shake, lay down, and speak. Sadie is the newest member of the family and is a rescue. She knows how to sit and is working really hard on potty training and learning how to stay. They both love long walks, treats, naps, and both like to swim, but hate baths. They love running around with each other and play fighting for toys. Sadie gives full body hugs and Brandy is a cuddler and loves to give kisses whether you want them or not. Brandy and Sadie will not be able to attend the wedding but anxiously awaits their parents return.
