Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 17, 2025 by using the RSVP tab on this website. We will be unable to accommodate any RSVPs received after this date.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

Your presence will surely be missed. Please make sure to formally decline the invitation on the RSVP page. If you have already RSVP’d that you are coming, but find that you will not make it, please notify Maggie (859) 248-8312 or Noah (606) 369-9146.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Due to the ceremony starting at 3pm, we ask that all guests arrive by 2:30pm to ensure you are seated on time. Entry to the building will be stopped at 2:55pm and regain after the ceremony to guarantee that there will be no interruptions. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to be able to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. Invitees names will appear on the online RSVP.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we are only able to accommodate a few select children. If your child is included in this, their name will appear along with yours on our online RSVP page. Consider this as a “night out” for yourself!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The official dress code is cocktail to semi-formal. We ask that guests refrain from wearing dark shades of color, any and all shades of white, and spandex.

What are the directions to the ceremony?

Answer

The Pines building is located near the Jenny Wiley campground. One you enter the campground, take the first right. There will be the hill that you will park along.

Where can I park?

Answer

Parking is limited, so we recommend carpooling if possible! We ask that guest park along side the hill to the building. Please inform us if you will need assistance from your car to the building and accommodations will be made. Please note, parking at the top of the hill is reserved for the wedding party and the immediate family of the bride and groom.
