The dress code for both the ceremony and reception is formal. We know it can be very warm that time of year, so if there’s extreme heat, most of the events will take place indoors to keep everyone comfortable.
Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM.
Yes, to and from the reception only Shuttle Info: Pickup: Drury Inn & Suites parking lot 815 1st Ave, Coralville - Boarding: 4:00 PM - Departs: 4:30 PM Return shuttle to Drury Inn and Suites: Begins at 10:00 PM (continuous) Guests do not need to stay at the hotel to ride. Park nearby in the Iowa River Landing area and meet the shuttle at Drury Inn. If not driving: Please use the shuttle — Uber/rideshare options are very limited in West Branch.
The church for the ceremony will have plenty of parking, so there is no need to worry. Parking for the cocktail hour and reception at Little Lights on the Lane is more limited, so we kindly ask that guests take the shuttle we have provided or carpool if possible. If the lot at Little Lights on the Lane becomes full, street parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods. If you plan to leave your car overnight, please pick it up by 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
The closest and most convenient airport is Cedar Rapids Airport (CID).
