FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You may feel free to RSVP at any time; no need to wait for the formal invitation if you know you are unable to attend.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

As our wedding and reception will be hosted at a private home, parking will be limited. We encourage guests to carpool whenever possible to help ensure everyone has a spot. Attendants will be on hand to assist with parking and direct you to available spaces. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 3:15 PM and the ceremony begins at 3:45 PM.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We invite you to celebrate with us surrounded by nature’s beauty! For our outdoor wedding, we suggest that guests dress in dressy yet comfortable wedding attire. Please note: As we will be outdoors, we recommend dressing for the weather and bringing a light jacket or sweater if the evening chill sets in. Additionally, we suggest wearing comfortable shoes as the grassy terrain may make high heals tricky. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children Are Welcome! We’re excited to have your little ones join us for our celebration! Our wedding day will be filled with joy, and we’d love for children of all ages to be part of the fun. We’ve planned some special touches to make sure they feel included and entertained throughout the day. If you’re bringing young children, please indicate on the RSVP so we can ensure there are enough seats and treats for everyone. We’ll also have some child-friendly activities to keep them engaged and happy!

Question

Traveling to Seattle

Answer

For our friends and family traveling by air, there are two airport options: SEA-TAC Airport (SEA), the largest in the area, is approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes from our wedding venue. Alternatively, Paine Field Airport (PAE), a smaller airport, is closer to Whidbey Island and about an hour away.

Question

More Details to Come

Answer

Details about lodging, our registry, the event schedule, and more will be shared soon. Please check our website periodically for updates as we get closer to the big day.
