When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Once you receive your invite, please RSVP via our website by May 22, 2026.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00pm. This will give you enough time to orient yourself to the venue, find your seat, and get excited! The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail semi-formal. Appropriate options include midi or maxi length dresses or skirts (no mini/short), or dressy jumpsuits. Floral prints, soft pastels, and vibrant colors all complement a summer outdoor celebration! Suit options include lightweight jackets, dress shirts, or sport coats, especially in seasonal colors of sage, navy, and grey. Please avoid beige coats. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, plan on shoes suitable for outdoor terrain (wedges, block heels, or dress shoes that won’t sink into the grass).

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at Willow Brooke. If you leave your vehicle overnight, you must pick it up by 10am on June 20th.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be shuttle service from our venue to nearby hotels. If you plan on needing transportation, please make arrangements for an Uber or Lyft.

Are kids welcome? Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please list your restriction when you RSVP. Meal requests made after the RSVP date of May 22nd cannot be guaranteed.
