Summer Formal: polished but relaxed summer vibes- we'd love to see sundresses or cocktail dresses, fun prints and colors! short-sleeve button downs or polos are all welcome!

Average high of 72 °F, low of 47 °F. Be prepared for cold weather!

Is the ceremony/reception indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors. In case of rain, there is an outdoor covered pavilion. Reception will take place inside of the barn.

What time should I arrive?

Please try to arrive at the venue (Tin Roof Barn: 15 Birddog Road, White Salmon, WA) at 3:30-3:45 PM PDT.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please go to the Travel tab on the website. We will have a shuttle service picking up guests from Best Western Hood River Inn (1108 E Marina Way, Hood River, OR) and taking them to the venue @ 2:45 PM PDT. The shuttle will take guests back to Best Western at 10:00 PM. PDT. The following Hood River hotels are closest to Best Westen Hood River Inn in order from closest to farthest away: Hood River Hotel, Holiday Inn, Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa. All White Salmon hotels and stays will be closer to the venue, but no shuttle service.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service picking up guests from Hood River to the venue (and back to Hood River after the wedding). We are still determining where the pickup location will be. Ubers and Lyfts are not very popular in Hood River. The venue has a strict no cars after 8 AM rule. We advise you to use the shuttle or have a designated driver if driving. Please and thank you!
